C. Kennedy Hamilton is the chief executive officer of Tier1 Solar Panel and a member of the company’s board of directors. He joined Tier1 Solar Panel in 2017 by bringing over 25+ years of engineering experience, design patent capability and reliability testing of electrical components and systems. As a young adult, he followed his passion and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree (BSEE) which enabled him to work in the engineering business, and enabled him to team with other professionals by opening Tier 1 Solar Panel business. The sole purpose for opening Tier 1 Solar Panel was to support renewable energy, and to provide business and residential communities a varied form of green energy nationwide.
C. Kennedy Hamilton manages corporate objectives for Tier 1 Solar Panel by facilitating daily operation, and handling alliances, networking requirements, understanding utility policies, meeting with government officials, and consulting with solar panel industry professionals. Since the opening of Tier 1 Solar Panel corporate head quarters, C. Kennedy Hamilton has worked with solar panel industry leaders and communities to determine solar panel demands.
In 2019, C. Kennedy Hamilton plans to start installing solar panel in business and residential communities. And, there are plans to meet with co-ops in various communities to promote green energy and cover green energy governmental incentives
Harold started his career in the Title Insurance industry in 1993 in Dallas, Texas before coming back home to Florida in 1995. He’s held a variety of positions in the title insurance industry.
Harold helped build and develop, multiple Title companies into some of the largest Title agencies in the country.
Harold has been a licensed title agent since 1996, personally holding Title producing licenses in multiple states, and is also a licensed Notary Public.
Married to Sharon since 1996 they have two children, Harold Jr. and Jasmine. Harold coached little league football for over 10 years and likes to spend his free time with his family and friends cooking on the grill or playing basketball.
Ron King Coffie, Chief Marketing Office of Tier 1 Solar has over two decades of experience as a successful entrepreneur, Senior Living Director, entertainment Executive, Business Manager, Community Developer and Philanthropist. Mr Coffie is known for his commitment to Senior Living Retirement, he is a gifted communicator, innovator and solutions driven leader. His leadership has greatly contributed to the growth of SomerBy Senior Living Inc., A Georgia Senior Living Association, Caravita Home Care, Voter empowerment collaborative and 400 Bosses Foundation. Mr. Coffie currently serves on various local and state boards advocating caregivers, nursing home residents, economic enterprise, mentoring young entrepreneurs, civil rights, voting rights and Georgia Solar Energy Associations. Mr. Coffie attended the University of South Florida, after attending USF Mr. Coffie went on to pursue his entrepreneurial career building a Production and Film Company with World Champion Winkie Wright, he also completed several award winning sales training programs while working in the senior living retirement industry such as hunsicker Senior Living Elite Sales program and sales performance international. Training local workers is a big priority and a big challenge for Mr. Coffie, so he is honored to have close celebrity friends and professional athletes to support Tier 1 Solar in our efforts to provide jobs for local residents.
Mark serves as Chief of Strategy and Organizational Development. Mark acts as strategic advisor, working with senior management providing tactical direction and guidance for all aspects of TIER 1’s engagements. He also assists with stewarding existing relationships and cultivating additional value-added partnerships.
Mark comes to TIER 1 from a multi-disciplinary career. He has a strong commitment to the significance of public/private partnerships, including community-based non-profit organizations as agents of positive community change. He has worked with small businesses to leverage human and capital resources to operate successfully in the private and public marketplace and he has spearheaded comprehensive community development initiatives.
Mark has spent over 35 years as a senior level and mid-level manager leveraging, coordinating, and managing more than $40 million in public and privately financed projects helping public and private sector entities address and solve complex issues.
From the beginning of his career working in the neighborhoods of Atlanta, Georgia, collaborating with such entities as Central Atlanta Progress, (an organization of downtown businessmen), to implementing sustainable community development initiatives as Executive Director of federally funded programs, to functioning as a consulting firm’s Vice President of Operations helping businesses grow and develop. He functioned as V.P. Operations for a local workforce development board where he was the architect of noteworthy initiatives aimed at connecting low-skilled workers to high skilled/high wage jobs. In these rolls Mark has kept his passion for community/economic development at the core of his work. He will bring this multi-disciplinary mindset and awareness to the issues that TIER 1 faces.
